How your information
is handled

1. What Gets Collected

When you reach out, a small amount of information gets collected — name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and a description of what you need. Nothing beyond what's actually needed to understand and deliver the work.

2. How It's Collected

Through the contact form on this site, a direct WhatsApp message, or email. No tracking cookies, no scraping, no purchased contact lists.

3. How It's Used

To understand the request, scope and build the system, and keep you updated as work progresses. Nothing else. Your information is never sold, never shared for marketing purposes, and never used to target advertising.

4. How It's Stored

Information lives in access‑controlled storage (Google Drive) and, for direct conversations, WhatsApp. Each client's information is kept separate from every other client's — never mixed into a shared spreadsheet or an unprotected folder.

5. Who It's Shared With

No one, by default. Information is only shared with a named partner (such as Motiqua Studio, when creative work is involved) if that's been explicitly agreed to first.

6. Your Rights

You can ask to see what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent at any time — consistent with applicable data protection obligations (including NDPR, given GrayDen's Abia State jurisdiction). Reach out by WhatsApp or email and expect a response within 48 hours.

7. Cookies

None. This site doesn't track visitors around the internet.
