How We Did It
Built on tools they already use
Instead of installing expensive dental software, we built Shalom's system on Google Sheets and Apps Script — tools their team already knew.
The patient registration form feeds directly into the master patient database. Appointments are logged with a simple form — no calendar software required. And billing entries update the patient's ledger automatically.
We also integrated an SMS API so appointment reminders go out automatically — 24 hours before each visit. This alone cut no-shows significantly.
The result: a system that fits exactly how Shalom works — not the other way around.
